About the UK number

Can I send texts and make calls?
Yes. Every plan includes minutes and SMS, both ways, plus your data. Calls and SMS work while a plan is running.
What happens when my plan ends?
Top up before it ends and nothing changes: same eSIM, same number. If it lapses, the number stops receiving calls and SMS until you top up again.
How do longer terms work?
Pick 6, 12 or 24 months on a monthly plan and pay once. The first month starts when your phone first connects; each next one is added on our side a couple of days before the running one ends, with the same data, minutes and SMS. Nothing to do on your phone.
When do the days start?
When your phone first connects in one of the covered countries, not when you buy. Start it within 6 weeks of buying.
Where do I see my number?
In your account, as soon as the eSIM is ready. Codes and messages arrive on the phone where the eSIM is installed.
