About the French number
Can I send texts and make calls?
Yes, both ways, within the minutes and SMS included in the plan. Calling apps like WhatsApp or FaceTime work over the data as usual.
Can I keep the number after the month?
No. This plan can't be topped up: when it ends, the number ends with it. If you need a number for longer, the UK number can be kept by topping up, and the US number by renewing yearly.
When do the days start?
When your phone first connects to a network, not when you buy. Start it within 6 weeks of buying.
Where do I see my number?
In your account, as soon as the eSIM is ready. Codes and messages arrive on the phone where the eSIM is installed.
